In-Stock/Ready to Ship Items

Orders will be shipped out 2-3 business days from when the order was placed - excluding holidays. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email conformation with tracking information.

Preorder Items

Pre-order items have estimated arrival dates which can be found in the item details and on your order.  Once we receive the product, we will ship the items within 5-7 business days. If your item(s) is being monogrammed, please allow an additional 1-2 weeks. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email conformation with tracking information.

 

Orders Placed with In-Stock/Ready to Ship AND Preorder Items 

We highly suggest NOT ordering both in-stock and preorder items within the same order, as they will NOT ship until ALL items are in-stock. These orders are accepted BUT will not be returned or refunded.

 

Shipping Fees

Shipping is FREE for all orders over $125 within the continental US only. Shipping cost for orders under $125 is $8.00 for standard ground.  Priority shipping upgrade cost for all orders is $10.00. 

If you receive an item that is damaged/defective, you MUST report your damage/defect within 72 hours after delivery confirmation via email.  We use your order’s tracking number to keep track of this. Please email us at SUPPORT@MAINSTREETSMOCKING.COM,  includes the order number and  picture(s) of the damaged products. Without pictures and an invoice number, we will be unable to process your request.

If your damage return is approved, you must mail back the item(s) in original packaging – clear plastic bag, tags attached, unwashed/unworn/unaltered. If you are approved and we send you a prepaid USPS return label, you are required to ship back the item within three (3) days of receiving the label.
