ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Because our products are preordered, we do not accept returns/exchanges or issue refunds. It is your responsibility to ensure that you order the correct size, as we do not offer returns/exchanges/refunds/credits for incorrect sizes ordered.
If you receive an item that is damaged/defective, you MUST report your damage/defect within 72 hours after delivery confirmation via email.  We use your order’s tracking number to keep track of this. Please email us at,  includes the order number and  picture(s) of the damaged products. Without pictures and an invoice number, we will be unable to process your request.
If your damage return is approved, you must mail back the item(s) in original packaging – clear plastic bag, tags attached, unwashed/unworn/unaltered. If you are approved and we send you a prepaid USPS return label, you are required to ship back the item within three (3) days of receiving the label.
